Job Description :
Display merchandise and interact with customers to understand their needs to service them with sales of relevant product
offerings whilst working cordially within the team and retail organization.
Key Focus Areas: The targeted and desired training outcomes post training completion are:
Technical competency
- Display stock to promote sales .
- Plan and prepare visual merchandising displays .
- Dismantle and store visual merchandising displays .
- Prepare products for sale .
- Promote loyalty schemes to customers .
- Provide information and advice to customers .
- Maintain health and safety
Communication skills
- Preparing for Interviews
- Understand and practice active listening
- Techniques to facilitate effective team and meeting communications
- Common reasons for interpersonal conflict
- Emotional Intelligence to deal with difficult situations
Computer Proficiency
- Ability to use computer systems and programs

Interact with customers by giving specialized service and product demonstrations to maximize business in a
retail environment whilst striving for continuous improvements in levels of services rendered

- Demonstrate products to customers and help them choose right products.
- Provide specialist support to customers facilitating purchases.
- Maximize sales of goods and services.
- Provide personalized sales & post-sales service support .

- Organize the delivery of reliable service.
- Improve customer relationship.
- Monitor and solve service concerns.
- Maintain health and safety.
- Help keep the store secure.

Job Description :
Interact with traders/retailers to understand their needs and service them by effecting sales of relevant products and identify
new outlets to increase sales of the products and provide service facilitating resolution of trade problems related to
products and company
Key Focus Areas: The targeted and desired training outcomes post training completion are:
Technical competency
- Be updated on knowledge of products to be sold and merchandising .
- Have thorough understanding of business and productivity targets and measures to achieve the same .
- Develop capability for handling credit management of an outlet both receivables and payables .
- Build good personal relationship with trade and means to handle objections & thereby issue resolution
- Make an effective sales call
