Job Description :
The individual at work installs the appliance and interacts with customers to diagnose the problem and possible causes.
Once the problem and causes have been identified, the individual rectifies minor
problems or replaces faulty modules for failed parts or recommends factory repairs for bigger faults.

Technical competency
Gain familiarity with the small appliances products: Knowledge about Appliances Industry.
Product Knowledge: Knowledge about various products in Small Appliances.
Identify and use tools, equipment & materials: Proper use of tools keeping safety in mind.

Any person who is 18 years or more and has minimum education of 8th standard can attend the program.

Job Description :
The individual at work is responsible for attending to customer complaints, installing newly purchased products, troubleshooting
system problems and, configuring hardware equipment such as servers, storage and other related networking devices.
Key Focus Areas: The targeted and desired training outcomes post training completion are:
Technical competency
Ability to build interpersonal relationships, and have a customer centric approach.
Develop critical thinking and conduct root cause analysis – Problem solving.
Business Communication, email etiquette.
Working with office package for reporting and documentation – MS-Word,Excel, PowerPoint.
Installing and configuring the networking, servers and storage systems.
Attending to field calls from client and Handle Complaints for system troubleshooting and repairs.
Knowing the importance of SLAs and Company Processes Communication skills
