Sanjeev is a Global Human Resources Professional with strong credentials in building a world-class organization. He is a strategic and forward-thinking senior executive with 30+ years of experience.

He was the Global HR Head at Indorama Ventures (MNC), Thailand which has spread across 4 continents in 31 countries with 110 manufacturing sites. He built & led a team of HR professionals including HR Directors across these countries for taking care of 2K+ employees from 73 nationalities. As Vice President (HR) at Reliance ADA Group in India, Sanjeev led Corporate HR team and took a leadership position for different businesses/power generation footprints. Sanjeev started his career as Trainee at Tata Steel in 1987 and rose to the level of Head HR New Initiatives and Master Black Belt (MBB) before moving on. As MBB, he led Theory of Constraint projects & six Black Belts to bring operation excellence & cost optimization in six business/functional domains.
