Job Overview

We are seeking a Vocational Trainer- Warehouse Associate to train students/trainees in warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and logistics processes. The role focuses on developing practical skills, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industry-relevant knowledge in warehouse and logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Train students/trainees in warehouse and logistics operations

· Deliver theory and practical sessions on:

o Warehouse layout and operations

o Inventory management and stock control

o Inbound and outbound processes

o Packaging, labeling, and dispatch procedures

· Train on material handling equipment and safety practices

· Educate trainees on documentation, invoicing, and warehouse records

· Demonstrate use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic logistics software

· Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

· Prepare and update training materials, lesson plans, and operational manuals

· Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards

· Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping in the warehouse training area

· Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

· Coordinate with logistics and academic teams for effective training delivery

· Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in logistics and warehouse management

Qualification

· Graduate Degree (B.Com / BBA) from a recognized University/Institution
OR

· Three-Year Diploma in Logistics Management from a recognized Institute
OR

· Post Graduate Diploma (PG Diploma) in Logistics Management with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute

Preference: Candidates with MBA / M.Com (Marketing or Logistics Management) will be given preference.

Experience

· Graduate Degree holders: Minimum 1 year of relevant work or teaching experience in logistics

· Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant work or teaching experience in logistics

· PG Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant work or teaching experience in logistics

Age Limit

· 18 to 40 years
