Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vocational Trainer - Four Wheeler Service Assistant to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for training students/trainees in servicing, maintenance, inspection, and basic repair of four-wheelers, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and industry best practice
Key Responsibilities
- Train students/trainees in four-wheeler servicing, maintenance, and basic repair operations
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on:
- Engine systems
- Transmission and braking systems
- Steering, suspension, and electrical systems
- Conduct hands-on practical demonstrations in workshops and labs
- Train trainees on tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare and update training materials, manuals, lesson plans, and practical modules
- Ensure training aligns with industry standards and employability skills
- Guide trainees on quality control, vehicle inspection, and service documentation
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and proper use of equipment
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with latest automobile technologies and service practices
- Coordinate with the academic/industry team to ensure relevant training delivery
Qualification
· Bachelor Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University
OR
· Three-Year Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University
OR
· B.Voc (Bachelor of Vocation) in Automobile from a recognized Institute/University
Experience
· Bachelor Degree holders: Minimum 1 year of relevant industry or teaching experience
· Diploma holders: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or teaching experience
· B.Voc holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant industry or teaching experience
